Our Story
How We Got Started
Hope Haven International was born out of a deep desire to bring hope to children who have been abandoned, neglected, or left without the basic necessities of life. What started as a simple act of kindness has grown into a mission that changes lives every day.
It all began when our founders witnessed the heartbreaking reality of children living on the streets—alone, hungry, and without anyone to care for them. They saw children rummaging through trash for food, sleeping on cold sidewalks, and struggling to survive in a world that had seemingly forgotten them. Moved by compassion and a belief that every child deserves love and opportunity, they decided to take action.
At first, the mission was small—offering meals to hungry children, finding safe spaces for them to sleep, and helping them enroll in school.
